Service Business Builders LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates JobPricer ("Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our Service.

By using JobPricer, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• Account information: Name, email address, and authentication credentials when you sign up.
• Business information: Company name, phone number, address, license number, billing rates, overhead costs, and income goals you enter in Settings.
• Client data: Names, phone numbers, email addresses, and addresses of your clients that you enter into the CRM.
• Financial data: Quotes, invoices, payment records, and job details you create within the Service.

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data: We may collect information about how you access and use the Service, including your browser type, device type, and general usage patterns.
• Authentication data: We use Google Firebase Authentication to manage user accounts, which may collect IP address and device information for security purposes.

Information from third parties:

• Stripe: When you connect your Stripe account or subscribe to a paid plan, Stripe may share limited account and transaction information with us as needed to provide the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Process subscriptions and payments.
• Generate quotes, invoices, and PDFs on your behalf.
• Sync your data across devices via Firebase.
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests.
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore) and is associated with your authenticated user account. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and encrypted in transit. Firebase provides encryption at rest for stored data.

Local data may also be cached in your browser's localStorage for performance and offline access. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to third parties.

While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

5. Client Portal & Shared Links

When you share a quote or invoice with a client via the Client Portal, a unique link is generated that provides access to that specific document. The shared link contains only the quote or invoice data — no access to your account, other clients, or business settings is provided. Shared links can be accessed by anyone who has the URL.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

JobPricer uses browser localStorage to cache your settings, quotes, and client data locally for performance. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Firebase Authentication may use cookies or local tokens to maintain your login session.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data at any time through the Service.
• Update or correct your information through Settings or the CRM.
• Export your data by generating PDFs of your quotes and invoices.
• Delete your account by contacting us at the email below. We will delete your data from our systems within 30 days of your request.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible on the free tier. If you request account deletion, we will remove your data from Firebase within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

JobPricer is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
