These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JobPricer ("Service"), operated by Service Business Builders LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
JobPricer is a web-based software application that allows service business owners to create quotes, manage jobs, generate invoices, collect payments, and track business performance. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with free and paid tiers.
To use JobPricer, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
JobPricer integrates with Stripe to facilitate payment collection from your clients. When you connect your Stripe account, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Connected Account Agreement. JobPricer charges a 2% platform fee on payments processed through the Service. All payment disputes, chargebacks, and refunds are subject to Stripe's policies.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into JobPricer, including quotes, client information, invoices, and business settings. Your data is stored using Google Firebase and is associated with your authenticated account. We do not sell your data to third parties.

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Service Business Builders LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Service Business Builders LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Service Business Builders LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data prior to termination by contacting us.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in DeKalb County, Illinois.
